Water and Sanitation Services Peshawar (WSSP) is looking for experienced and qualified human resource on contractual basis initially for three years (Extendable on good performance) to fill following positions:

S. No Position Qualification/Experience Posts
1.                 Chief Executive Officer (CEO) 1.        Qualification:  Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering with additional Master’s degree in Business Administration / Management from HEC recognized university/institute. (minimum 16 years of education)

2.        Experience: Well-established/progressive 16 years post-qualification relevant experience in public & private organizations as HoD Level. Well versed with Government rules, regulations, policies, corporate practices including public sector corporate governess & requirements of donors agencies/ financing providers. Experience in WATSAN/Municipal Services will be an added advantage.

2.                 Chief Operating Officer (COO) 1.        Qualification:  Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering with additional Master’s degree in Business Administration / Management from HEC recognized university/institute. (minimum 16 years of education)

2.        Experience: Well-established 12 years post-qualification relevant experience in public & private organizations as HoD/Senior Management level. Well versed with Government rules, regulations, policies, corporate practices including public sector corporate governess & requirements of donors agencies/ financing providers.

3.                 General Manager Operations 1.        Qualification:  Masters/B.E in Civil Engineering or Masters in Environmental Engineering from HEC recognized university/institute. (minimum 16 years of education)

2.        Experience: Minimum of 10 years post-qualification relevant experience with at least 3 year experience in similar like or senior operational management positions and experience in public utility/infrastructure development establishment/commercial services providing organizations, international / national level setup will be given preference. Well versed with Government rules, regulations, policies, corporate practices including public sector corporate governess & requirements of donors agencies/ financing providers.

4.                 Zonal Manager 1.          Qualification: Masters/ B.E in Civil Engineering or Masters in Environmental Engineering / Sciences from HEC recognized university/institute. (Minimum 16 years of education).

2.          Experience: Minimum of 08 years post-qualification relevant experience with 3 years’ experience in similar like or senior operational management positions and experience in Public Utility/Infrastructure development establishments or Commercial Services providing organization in international & national level setups will be given preference.

3.          Age: up to 50 years

5.                 Manager Solid Waste Management (SWM) 1.          Qualification: Masters/B.E in Civil Engineering/Environmental Engineering or MSc Environmental Sciences from HEC recognized University/Institute. (minimum 16 years of education)

2.          Experience: Minimum 06 years post-qualification relevant experience in any International, National, Public & Private Organizations. Experience in similar projects / solid waste management will be given preference

3.          Age: up to 45 years

6.                 Manager Admin & Accounts / Customer Care 1.          Qualification: CA,ICMA,CPA,ACCA,CIA qualified from recognized professional body of accounting Institutes of Pakistan / equivalent qualification from foreign institutes with 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience in any international, national, public & private organizations.

  OR

Master Degree in Finance from HEC recognized University/Institute (minimum 16 years of   education) with minimum 06 years post-qualification relevant experience in any international, national, public & private organizations.

2.          Age: up to 45 years

7.                 Manager HR & Admin 1.          Qualification: MBA/MPA/MS in HR from HEC recognized University/Institute. (minimum 16 years of education)

2.          Experience: Minimum 06 years post-qualification relevant experience in HR & Admin in any International, National, Public & Private Organizations.

3.          Age: up to 45 years

8.                 Manager Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting (M,E&R) 1.          Qualification:   B.E (Civil Engineering)/MA /M.Sc Economics or Master’s in Developmental Studies or MBA Finance (minimum 16 years of education) from HEC recognized university/institute.

2.          Experience: Minimum 06 years of post-qualification of experience with 04 years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation in any international or national level organization or public utility companies.

3.          Age:   up to 45 years.

9.                 Assistant Manager Accounts & Payments 1.        Qualification: MS/MBA/BBA(hons-4year)/M.Com in Finance or ACCA/ACMA from HEC recognized University/Institute. (minimum 16 years of education)

2.        Experience: Minimum 02 years post-qualification relevant experience in any International, National, Public & Private Organizations. Must be good in soft skills and accounting softwares(QuickBooks etc)

3.        Age: up to 35 years

10.              Assistant Manager HR & Admin 1.          Qualification:  MS/MBA/BBA (hons-4year) in HR with 2.5 CGPA or 60 % and above from HEC recognized University/Institute. (minimum 16 years of education)

2.          Experience: Minimum 02 years post-qualification relevant experience in any International, National, Public & Private Organizations.

3.          Age: up to 35 years

11.              Accounts Officer 1.          Qualification:  MBA/MS/MCom in Finance from HEC recognized University/Institute. (minimum 16 years of education)

2.          Experience: Minimum 1 year post-qualification relevant experience in any International, National, Public & Private Organizations.

3.          Age: up to 30 years

12.              HR Officers 1.          Qualification:  MS/MBA/BBA (hons-4year) in HR with 2.5 CGPA or 60% and above from HEC recognized University/Institute. (minimum 16 years of education)

2.          Experience: Minimum 1 year post-qualification relevant experience in any International, National, Public & Private Organizations. Preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with ERP exposure and having relevant experience

3.          Age: up to 30 years
